Shipping policy

This policy explains how Gibbor Technologies ("Gibbor Connect") produces and ships orders. We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Production time

Most Gibbor Connect products are made to order. Standard production typically takes a few business days before your order ships. Custom, printed, or programmed cards may need additional production time, which we will indicate at checkout or by email.

Shipping time

Once your order ships, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. You will receive tracking information by email when your order leaves production. Total time to receive your order is production time plus shipping time.

Shipping destinations

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. For Canadian orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
